Hunting Training Programs are different to one another but every hunter has their own way of hunting. Due to this we do accept hunters own requirements and train accordingly. Although all are in one category, hunting, each branch is performed best by different breeds. Many

hunters do not live with their dogs and rarely see them in such cases FGO training can be completely channeled to OB1 completely eliminating the FGO communication system that isn't going to be used.

I believe hat this is a good place to point out some importanat facts. I couldn't help notice the way that many people treat their gun dogs. If you are a hunter and have a shotgun that you use for hunting and keep it in the cupboard throughout the year and pull it out prior to hunting season for a quick clean... that's up to you but if you treat your hunting dog the same then thats a really diferent story. Owning a dog just for the sake of hunting and tying the poor sod up between hunting sessions and seasons is not an acceptable action. Dogs are living creatures not objects. If you think that by feeding your dog each day is called responcibility and that is your sole obligation then let me tell you that it isn't.

If you don't show your dog love and affection,if you don't care for your dog, if you think of your dog as a piece of hunting machinery don't even bother caalling the center. We can be quite rude!

If you decide to train your dog yourself and are searching through the internet then beware of any advice such as roled up newspaper, blowing in your dogs ear etc.

Aport

Training for retrieving shot and dead animals. Especially those that are in water such as ponds lakes or the sea. However being illegal we do not train for water utility.

Esleme

Hunter's favorite in Cyprus . Consisting of searching for wild animals and frightening them out from their hiding spots.

Öncü

Consists of searching for prey and stopping in front of it advising (pointing) to hunter direction of prey.    

Perforce

Being strictly against this type of hunting we do not train dogs for it.

Set

Being that we do not agree with this type of hunting we have our own variation. Our version consists of finding and chasing prey towards hunter. In a firstly pointer manner.

Ter

Retrieving dead or wounded prey.

Ground Work

Finding then chasing prey such as rabbits to hunter's direction.
